BEER TASTING - CANTERBURY

Organiser - John Brice

OK, OK, John has history, but give him (yet another) chance! - This time there will be beer....

TIMINGS

From 1900 - Meet at the Foundry Brewery, White Horse Lane, for samples of ale and a tour of the brewery.
2100 Move to nearby La Trappiste at 1&2 Sun Street (a two minute walk) for a Belgian beer tasting and supper.
2200 - Return to the Foundry Brewery for final drinks and a GASS panto rehearsal.
For those wanting to travel by train, there is a service which leaves Rochester at 1830. However, the last return train is at 2252.

The Foundry may not be the easiest place in the world to find. Either track it at postcode CT1 2RU or the website below.
It appears to be up an alleyway off the High Street.

Apparently there was beer......

But no minutes.........

John can arrange a piss up in a brewery, he just can't document it for posterity.

Shame, but then he is a journalist.
