MEETINGS POLICY REMINDER
Hopefully you will like the meetings being planned for 2016/17 - If you don't - then come up with better suggestions and organise them!. Just to remind everyone there is method in the madness. We arrange meetings according to the following rules:-
1. We try and do something new every time if possible. 2. We balance the meetings according to where the members live. This now means 3 Awaydays, 3 Medway, 3 Sittingbourne, 2 Maidstone, 1 AGM. 3. We try and have varied meeting locations, and be inside in winter, outside in summer. 4. We stick within the annual budget and have £5,000 left in funds at the end of each year. 5. We try to cater for a variety of tastes. An ideal year has some simple pub events, a couple of spectaculars, and a variety of outdoor, indoor, cultural and sporting or dangerous events.
